Dana grew up as a dancer and an athlete, and she fell in love with Pilates when she realized the benefits and advantages it gave her in her other activities. She was trained through the Physical Mind Institute and has taught throughout Hawaii and Southern California for the past 18 years. She has worked with clients of all levels and backgrounds, and her work in physical therapy clinics has given her a passion for clients who are injured and in rehabilitation. Her approach to teaching is very intuitive and she strives to give her clients a good workout in addition to a better understanding of how their body moves.
